Fanfest 2026 is, as we all know, 14th to the 16th May 2026 in Reykjavík.
I have bought my tickets, booked my hotel room and booked my flight from London.
Therefore, it’s very safe to assume I will be there.
I’ll arrive on the Wednesday afternoon and I’ll be leaving on the Sunday afternoon. Don’t really want to miss anything at the beginning - whilst balancing my family life (some very skilful negotiations went in with my wife to secure this trip).
And I don’t want to run the risk of oversleeping on the Sunday morning and so missing my flight home.
I’m pencilling in I’ll probably get about 8 hours sleep in the whole thing.
Anything that involves views on what happens after an undock I’ll be on receive mode. Anything that involves the markets I will just speak my words of wisdom whether anybody wants to listen or not.

I’m going to estimate it’s been about 12 or 13 years since I was in Iceland .
