The Quickbar labels have a maximum of 20 characters to name them with.
However, if you rename a label, the limit seems to be endless. i.e right-click a label and select "change name".
As shown below:
the top label is the maximum 20 characters long.
the second label was an existing label but when selected to change i can then make the label name as long as i want.
